The Benchmarks are a massive scientific study across several states in which we interview hundreds of thousands of consumers and businesses about the banking institutions they use. We ask them to evaluate each of the banks and credit unions they use on 53 different metrics including:
Twice per year (January and July), we publish the results of the Benchmarks for our subscribers. Each subscriber receives their own customer results, compared to the results of their local competitors so they can see where their strategic advantages are, and where they are falling behind.
